Fruit Rye Sourdough


Ingredient: Rye flour, white flour, salt, sourdough starter culture, raisins and dates.

Allergy: we process our bread in the same facility we process sesame seeds, soy, poppy seeds, eggs and barley and tree nuts.



rye sourdough with perfect combination of sweet and sour. generous amount  dates, apricots and raising. Slowly fermented overnight with sourdough starter.
